| Congratulations to ASA and Arundel Coach Ron Santos and his Futsalers team for advancing to the 2008 US Futsal National Championships in Baltimore to be held on July 10-13 2008. Congratulations and good luck to Arundel players Ryan Santos, Russ Miller, Dave Obeng-Darko, Pat Halligan, and Alex Leblanc and the entire team in the championship rounds! |

| Congratulations to ASA United Lightning Boys U8 in AAYSL Division 1 for an undefeated Spring season county championship in June 2008 and allowing only 5 goals all season. Coaches are Ben Heath and Rob Biondolillo. |

| Congratulations to ASA United boys U13, coached by Ron Santos and Rob Biondolillo, who won the Gettysburg Blue-Grey Cup Championship for division 2 over the Memorial Day 2008 weekend, defeating three teams from Pennyslvania, Delaware and Maryland in the finals round. |

| ASA Illusion girls U17 excelled in numerous tournaments this spring. ASA Illusion, playing in the premiere Colonial league/Region 1 were champions of the Bethesda tournament, won their brackets at the Kirkwood and CASL college showcases, and were semi-finalists in the Score at the Shore in Greensboro, North Carolina. |

| ASA Hurricanes Boys U11 team in BBSL won their indoor Soccerdome division title for the second year in a row. Also congratulations to J.T. Maxwell, G Ringgold, Mikey DeSiena, and Bailey Caron for being selected to the BBSL All Star game. |

ASA Magic Girls U11 teams (ASAMagic.com) excelled in several tournaments throughout the Fall. The ASA Magic Premiere were finalists in the August Cup held on August 22/23 at the Maryland Soccerplex in Germantown, and were semi-finalists in the WAGS Cup held Columbus day weekend. Magic Premiere also took 2nd place overall in Raleigh Shootout on Nov 17 in Raleigh, North Carolina, missing first place in a tight game by 1 goal.
ASA Magic Classic were finalists in the OBGC Capital Cup on Sep 1-3 in Olney and Columbia, and were semi-finalists in the Columbia Classic held on Nov 22-23.
Congratulations to Coach Craig Moreland, all the Magic Coaches, and the girls of ASA Magic Premiere and ASA Magic Classic teams for great play!

| Six ASA teams participated in the Crofton Shootout over the weekend of 18 August. Congratulations to the players and coaches of the ASA Xpress Boys U10 team, coached by Joe Love and Mario Carniero, and to the ASA United Boys U13 team, coached By Ron Santos, Rob Biondolillo and Jeff Steir, who are tournament finalists. Congratulations also to the ASA Royalty Girls U9 team and Coach Kerry Brimmer for a dominating performance (at U9 all teams receive participation awards). |

| Over 30 ASA small sided teams participated in the Sand Duels beach soccer tournament on June 9 and 10 in Ocean City, MD and competed with teams from all over the East Coast. Congratulations to all the players on the ASA Firebirds Boys U12 team and Coach Justin Callas, the ASA Illusion Girls U16 team and Coach Kerry Brimmer, and the ASA United Boys U16 team and Coach Ron Santos for winning their championships, and to ASA United for winning their 5th straight championship. |

| Two ASA NCSL teams participated in the 32nd Annual Virginian Memorial Day Tournament in Northern Virginia that had close to 500 teams representing at least 16 states and Canada. In the boys side of the tournament, the U-14 ASA United made the Championship game in the Gold Division, and the U-17 ASA Fire made the Championship game in the Silver Division. Congratulations to the coaches and players of ASA United and ASA Fire on a job well done. |

| The U-17 boys ASA Magic won the Division 1 Gettysburg Blue Gray Cup Tournament Championship over the Memorial Day weekend. Congratulations to Coach Tom Rankin and the entire team. Well done! |

Congratulations to three players from ASA Azul Real boys U-13 NCSL team who were selected to play on 1994 Maryland ODP team. Vince Conti, Joey Isaja and Evan Young will all be playing with the ODP team in Scotland during Spring Break and we wish them the best of luck. Each of the boys will be in Scotland for nine days and will play four games against the Scotish semi pro team of 13 year olds. They will have training sessions with the S.F.A. Scotish Football Alliance National Coaches. They will also travel to see Loch Loman and be given a tour of the Glasgow Celtic Stadium.

| The ASA Baxter's Blue Flame Girls U11 team won the Chesapeake Cup Tournament in Cecil County on April 7, 2007 and winning all three games. Congratulations to the team! |
